Well Jordan, you can look at me all you want. I've never had to change one. Therefore I have no preference. Buy one that seems to be solid. Unless you want to do it more than once.

Easy, just a little Pilates action, Brandon. Sharp chisel, 1/4" socket set with extensions and universal adapter, pliers and light. Just have to maneuver the shroud out towards the driver side. Taking the glove box out made it easier to deal with putting back in, because I could manipulate the male/female vent run better.

Well Jordo..the ATV has a 5' plow. I'm not using it though. Instead...I'll hook up the 42" snow blower from hell to the tractor. That bastage is supposed to throw 20-45 feet.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

oh i forgot the fun part removing the back seat floor ducts from the base of the hvac box, where the core lives. you need to pull the carpet back to the seats and pry them out. its tight in front of the shifter.

I just pulled the carpet back to see the duct and pushed the shroud towards the driver side and it popped out. I didn't have to mess with the runs at all.

mine were so tight, the carpet was still holding them down via the hump. they have no room to slide back really, so its kinda a rip em out deal iirc. the ducts are soft plastic and they bend easy but dont break.

Brando..if you wanna pic of what he's talking about. Go into the 2000 REgal GS album and find the pics of the interior after I matted it. Before the carpet is back in.

Rear trailing arms, rear rotors and rear ceramic pads. Also a Strut tower brace. Painted a few items a high temp red. Nothing major.

Got my 3pod from zzp today and my aeroforce.. Just waiting on my wideband now.. I love ups, fedex and usps at work always get everything before 10am. No guess work to as when they'll come when delivered home.

its not that bad really, being we lived this already, take the tips as we had to find out the hard way, this way theres no surprises when you get into it.

as you know, theres no real how to out there, but take it apart. have a good bright flash light too, its dark up there in the dash. all the bolts are gold so they are easy to see/find.

well im gonna bypass it once it cools down so i dont spray coolant in my face, lesson i learned once lol

i can deal with no heat for a few days while i sort out whats gonna happen, shop wants over $500 to change, its cheaper to drive to bill to do it if worst comes to worst. i can prolly do my self w/ brandos help.

im just gonna loop the engine, maybe try and loop the core so it doesnt piss all over the cat. cant really flush it today, maybe tomorrow lol

http://www.grandprixforums.net/heate...ent-55730.html Brandon it just looks intimidating. Hell the day I did mine I just looked under there to get an idea and kinda went I wonder how hard those stakes are to get out. I ran inside and grabbed a 1/4" inch wood chisel and pliers(to tap chisel) and voila, I'm thinking that was too easy flippin easy. This ain't nothing Bro

Getting the clamps off the core inlet and outlet is where I broke out the words, but ended up just using a 8" pliers
