Scott..I tried to loop from the alt bracket to the alt bracket. Guess the good hose (one blew) was the bigger. Cause I couldn't make it work and even brought other hose with me.

The one I got, says OE Delphi HC10004 Heater Core : Amazon.com : Automotive
AC Delco, not much more ACDelco 15-63231 Heater Core : Amazon.com : Automotive
Can't beat the Amazon prime
made mine work lol looped it for a a few days trying to figure out my leak.
Good to know.
There's threads on here, last one I seen I think it was gtpinsc, did his heater core and put lots of pics in it. Granted it was 97-03 I'm sure it's similar. Also have u checked the gm service manual for instructions?
the way mad monkeys back has been, i dont think he will be doing a heater core himself anytime soon. its not a fun job if your in pain already, as your all twisted up under the dash working on small bolts and bouncing from side to side repeatedly chasing these bolts.
i was pretty beat up after i did mine.
good point. hmmm. well Jordo... what we gone do? wonder how long it would take...
It's going to be even easier if we take the pass seat out lol
I'm just wondering if the RA units are good.
More Information for VISTA-PRO 399329
looks good but dunno about quality etc.
well Jordo if it's not TOO bad I might could do it for ya...
Next thing I need to worry about is turning off this core so I and my wife don't breath in more coolant vapor.
Coolant wont hurt you
What's why you slide the seat all the way back, lay the seat back down and invert...
It's cozy as all hell in a Bonneville. Just saying
PS.. take your shoes off to keep from messing up the ceiling
if you take yoga, this job will be easy lol
Okay cool. What about parts? Bill I'm looking at you at chief on this. 2005 GP. Heater core. Rock auto. GO!
