I'd figure out the lean code for one and check fuel pressure.

Address those before something else happens and maybe you do damage to it.

It's my fathers car, the tail pipes on the car have a white film kind of deal on them..at high rpm I get a little white smoke..doesn't smell like oil or coolant. I brought it to the ZZP right down my road they said they don't know either.. He said the lean code can be my air filter but he doesn't know why I have white smoke at high Rpms.. How helpful lol

My first post is still something you should look into.

Check fuel pressure, check the fuel pump.

White film/smoke = coolant. Sounds like hydrolock and a LIM job needed.

The white smoke isn't thick like normal blow intakes or heads..it just a small hint at 4,000 Rpms..the smoke doesn't smell like coolant

Running lean is usually an intake or vacuum leak. When I got the lean bank 1 code it was due to the rubber vacuum fitting being cracked, there is a port on the LIM under the SC snout. When unmetered air dilutes the mixture, the O2 sensor reports a lean condition and the PCM attempts to adjust the injector pulse to compensate. When it reaches the max adjustment it can make and the mixture is still lean, it sets a code. Also check the throttle body gasket.

Regarding fuel, look on the front of the fuel rail you will see what looks like a tire valve. This is where you would connect a pressure gauge. The fuel system is pressurized at all times even with the engine off. If you take off that valve cap and depress the Schrader valve (like letting air out of a tire) you should get fuel spray even with the engine/key off. If no fuel comes out then you have issues upstream with the filter and/or the pump.

On a pressure test you would connect a gauge, turn the key on to activate the pump and see what the gauge reads. On the L67 fuel pressure should be 50-52 psi,

Just doesn't make sense why it won't start...it has spark..it spins over...it has to be pump or something..when I brought it to Zzp yesterday a guy came out and checked the vaccum lines and it was running..he said it sounds like the engine was running 100% fine.. That my lean bank 1 could be my air filter.. And white smoke that has no smell could be anything.. That I need to check pressure at fuel rail and coolant system and also smoke test the vaccum lines

I'm not an expert on PCM systems, but this sounds like crap. If you have a bad air filter, the car will be able to pull in less air, and then simply compensate with less fuel. If it didn't compensate, then you'd be running rich. Unless you have a goofy filter setup that throws off MAF readings, I don't see an air filter being related.

I think FFDP is probably right on this. I had a 97 Lesabre that was throwing a lean code, and I completely replaced all the vacuum lines and ensured that there was no leaking anywhere. Tested the pressure at the fuel rail, and it was 20 PSI lower than it should have been. Replaced the fuel pump and filter and all was well.
