The car had HID lights that never worked right when I bought it, threw them in the trash and put the eBay ones in because the stock lenses were pretty well yellowed.

Been thinking of throwing in LED bulbs, which might melt the cheap ass eBay headlights in which case I'd throw in another stock set- anyone have suggestions on whether this will make a difference?

I'm leaning against not going with a HID set because the one I had was so buggy and would flash no matter how well the ballasts were grounded and make me angry.

I have LED's in the dash and tails and love them, would like to have them in the headlights as well.

    TIA,

    -Jim

PS: Admin, if you're going to change users' urls to ebay, etc, at least attach your affid to make commissions.

Yeah me too, I'm trying to school myself on Retrofits to where I feel comfortable taking on that project.

I wouldn't waste money on LED bulbs yet; they look cool but the output isn't there yet.

Retrofits are the best. If you can't afford them, run what you have and start saving. They are worth the money.

Thanks guys, I'm really just looking for a plug and play type dealio and if LEDs aren't yet a viable option I'll just do with some stockers until a better solution presents itself.
