Curious as to how much you would charge for a 1/4" Gen 3 Phenolic spacer? I know ZZP sells them for $120+ shipping but I would prefer not to buy from ZZP.

I'm looking for a 1" Gen 5 phenolic spacer that is opened up like you do for your intercoolers. The bar has been removed under my supercharger but I don't want to go intercooled just yet. I do not need bolts or anything else, just the phenolic plate. I'm also not in a rush since I am currently rebuilding the trans and the motor is out.
My sig shows the spacer I had for my Gen 3. Thank you
Bought a tb adapter and some S/C supplies from this guy, everything is great! Prompt shipping and very good packaging. Everything arrived in perfect condition.
1/4" spacer
How much
$100 shipped USA with bolts.
I had your 3/4 phenolic spacer on my ssic and it worked great I don't have the actual temp from my heat gun but I did notice a drop in temp I would like to install it with my s2
Just installed my phenolic/aluminum core on my Impala. SC was cool to the touch after a half hour spirited drive. Awesome product! Thank you.

I haven't bumped this in a while. I make the best Intercooler period. It's phenolic and aluminum with working PCV ON STOCK MANIFOLDS.
I also have any part you need for a supercharger including stock or upgraded couplets. I'm cheaper than Zzp and still drive 3800's.
I have 1/4" spacers now. Should have 1" soon.![]()
Has anyone had an issue with fuel trims being out of wack after the install?
I just installed my Phenolic full size. I applied RTV around any opening that would allow air in. On the LIM and SC.
There was an issue with my injector orings leaking the day of but I installed new ones and all is good.
So today after seeing my trims in the teens I looked into it. I removed my oil cap and my trims got even worse so I know the pcv system is working.
I poured water on the injectors and nothing. Next was around the SC/IC area of the snout and started misfiring badly.
Should I separate the IC core and re-rtv? I understand these come pre sealed.

New GM 3800 boost by-pass valves. Has the mounting stud.
$65 shipped for my PayPal friends.
Looks like a gen 3 LIM, could have been opened up a little more on the pulley side. Glad it's running.
Ed, do you have the link to making your own pcv from the oil cap neck to throttle body? I can't seem to find it anymore.
