Hey if im currentley running a complete 3.4 set up with headers, and install a devils injection kit, would it be practical to drop to a 3.2" pulley. Still keeping in mind that i would scan for KR.

it is, but you should get more than one pulley so you can optimize pulley size

You could very well be stuck at 3.3 or be able to run a 3.1.

Also depends if you're running 50/50 or straight meth.

i run a 3.25 with my meth kit and 20* of timing. when i had the 3.0 on i had to pull 6 degrees, because i had KR, its better for me to run the 3.25 and more timing than the 3.0 with less. dropping pulleys isnt everything remember these are roots blowers and not compressors

As said pully size is not always the item thats going to make you the most power. Timing is important. With the reduced intake air temps that the water/methanol injection achieves you are dramatically lowering the octane requirement the motor needs.
