I have the ZZPerformance - Cross Drilled & Slotted Rotor (pairs) # and have had them over a year. Never had an issue and work well. I've been very pleased and would recommend them. My car is driven daily with the occasional "spirited" driving.

    A couple of things.

Rotors don't necessarily "warp." The shuddering you start to get in the pedal after awhile is caused by build-up from usually cheap pads. Also pads don't outgas. They used to when they were made of different materials, but gas build-up is no longer an issue. All slotted rotors do is chew up your pads faster. All drilled rotors do is eventually crack and reduce the effeceincy of the rotor.

That or the glue the pads lay down gets picked up when you exceed the heat range of the pads.

True rotor failure is when they develop heat cracks. Eventually they fail completely.

I been using power slots since 1991 will never use anything else they ware awesome don't go with drilled though the drilled give you less braking surface and tend to crack

Regular rotors because it's a Grand Prix, not a Maclaren. I won't be doing stops from 180mph anytime soon.

I agree with you on this. But just be sure not to get the blanks from r1 concepts. They squeel loud and do not like hawk pads.

I will be going back to power slots and hawk pads. That is the best combo I have had on my grand prix.

Rotors don't squeel, brake pads do.
