Is that the arm that goes from the crossmember to the rear part of the knuckle that adjusts the toe of my tire?

I had a similar sounding problem. The dealer diagnosed it as the trailing arm but it never went away after tightening.

I've had that problem since I bought my car in 2001. No dealer or shop has ever been able to find anything. Pisses me off, but the two times I took a tech out on a road test it didn't do it. That's more annoying than anything. I figured if something was going to break it would have by now ?
