    Sounds like a bad ballast or a bad ground. Swap the bulbs and see if the problem follows or stays.

    swap the ballast around and make sure you have bare metal grounds

    What brand ballast do you have? Any ol 55watter will do.
    I personally am paranoid about those things. For matched brightness and startup I replace in pairs

    the kit is a DDM Kit 55W 5000k. does that help anything ha and i will try to fix the ground but does this kid usually have a ballast go out or tend to get a bad relay harness?
