what ohm are you running? the 2 or 4? lower you go more strain on the electrical, where do you have 4awg and 8 awg? all power wire should be the same. where did you measure to get your numbers? positve and negative post on the power and ground? Dont get a cap there worthless and will harm more than anything. i would tell you to add a batt but im worried about all this nonsense you have going on, can i get a pic of the full install? if i can see i can better assist you. I would highly reccomend a new amp kit if your not sure how to do them yourself, smaller wire has high resistance. THats bad mhmkay lol.

You cant see the enigine ground in any pics, but find a bolt and secure it well.
