So I took the face plate off the cd player and the keyless worked, so Im led to believe that part of my issue is with the deck, maybe some of the wires are touching ? Im going to pull the deck out and check all the wires and make sure they are all connected properly . But that still doesn't explain why I was getting the other issues with the flickering of the dic, lights, and hud when I open the doors as well as the chimes going on and off. I will check the battery cables, as well as that cable i put on the alternator, maybe even just pull it off all together and see if that corrects the problem .
