    don't need it if you dont mind the rattling but it helps a lot. I did my doors, rear panels, and trunk so far. I don't have my system in yet and it won't go in until the car has an alarm. I've noticed a difference in how loud it is inside the car which is surpsing because I used a vibration dampener and not an actual sound deadener.
    2001 Regal GS, PLOG, 3" DP, 1.9's/L76 springs. 21* of timing on a 3.4"

    They're actually the same

    Speakers = vibrations. Vibrations = noise. Stop those vibrations and you stop the music(noise)
    11 is louder than 10!
