Thanks for the quick reply. Guess thats a good spot if the alternator drops all the power. Heres some other questions. Firstly, I have to run a ground in the trunk for the amp. Is it possible to use one of the strut mounting bolts as a grounding spot? (combined with sanding to bare metal). And for the second question.. I don't know if you guys will be able to answer this because its about wiring the subs to the amp. The subs are Orion 12" Single Voice Coil 4 ohm and rated at 500 watt peak. The amp my friend has is 2 channel, meaning theres 2 outputs for speakers. Two of the terminals are bridged for mono use I guess. What I can't understand is if I have to wire each sub individually to the amp, or wire the subs in parallel or series to that bridged connection for mono output. Thanks
