I just bought a 2006 Grand Prix GXP. It runs great and doesn't overheat. But when I park it after driving it around, the coolant overflow/reservoir bubbles inside loudly. What is causing this? Thanks

Maybe extra air in the cooling system but really thats kinda how they work. They suck down cool as the temps rise and when the motor is off and starts to cool down it runs back into the overflow tank.
Wouldnt hurt to check the hoses too, maybe one is getting sucked shut because of a bad coolant cap/radiator cap.
GXP's dont have a real rad cap, it just sits above the water pump area.
Make sure the system has pressure, like Fivefinger said check the radiator cap. The hoses should be hard when it's hot, if not the coolant may boil and send bubbles to the overflow tank.
