Recently installed my Phenolic IC along with W-Body Store/ZZP FMHE. I'm pretty sure every one has their fluid lines routing the same way but I will double check here.

As you see the outlet line (red) goes to the bottom of the IC pump.
It then comes out the side of the pump to the IC core (most rearward line by alt)
The line by the coil packs then goes down to the inlet of the FMHE by the passenger fog lamp.

    Seem correct?

When I added fluid the pump was very quiet! Then out of no where it was screeming!!!!
I popped the inlet line off at the FMHE (by passenger fog lamp) and ALOT of air came out and then the pump got quiet again.
Added more fluid, cycled the pump a few times and no more bubbles were seen at my fill tube.

    Biggest question I have...?

MUST I drop the pump down more to prevent any air? Or prolong the pump's life? It is hard to tell (in the driveway picture) but I relocated my horns to the cradle area by the passenger front tow hook.

    This is an update!

As seen I had to relocate the pump to prevent air bubbles. After moving it I got ALOT more air out.

I also forgot to mention I had to modify my coil mounting point to clear the belt. This might help others.

Initially the other day I took her for a drive on the 3.2 pully with no KR. So I decided to swap on the 3.0. God damn this think is loud coming from a 3.4 lol. I got a blip of .5 KR and am running an afr of 10.8 on the hit and tapers to 10.4 @ 16-17* of timing. I might lean it out a bit but I know i will be adding more timing.

Hey everyone. I really like Ed's product. But just be sure to RTV more to the left. Not right on the opening on the LIM. As you can see the IC didn't even touch that bead it and caused me a vacuum leak.

Yes. I think his problem is it's a Gen V intercooler on a Gen III LIM. The untouched bead of RTV was directly under the fins of the core, not the plate. If you look at the pics you can see what I mean, the big square hole on the LIM isn't as long as the square hole (core) of the intercooler.

Aren't those beads kinda big? Or is that what you have to do with those intercoolers? A bunch of it on the sides looks like it squeezed into the intake opening.

Well I was looking at some ebay pics, and apparently that's just the way these ic's are made, would definitely mess with my ocdness, lol.

That's the same IC the OP has, made by the guy in the for sale section, lol.

He has 2 designs, only making the second design now (like the OP has).
