Boost has been low for a while now in my opinion & can very from high's of 8.2 psi all the way up to last night 10.8 psi
I unplugged the boost bypass solenoid but could only manage 3.2 psi lol, plugged the connector back in and managed to hit all time high of 10.8 last night. This morning, I can barely get to 9.

How do I test the functionality of the solenoid or actuator?

Also noticed that I don't hit maximum boost until very high in the RPM range...

Well since it's a belt driven blower, aka supercharger, the higher the RPM's are, the faster the turbines or screws in the supercharger are going to spin. The faster those spin, the more boost it should create. So I would imagine at high RPM's is when you're going to see the most boost.

When you unplugged the Boost Bypass Solenoid, did you just unplug the sensor? Or did you unplug the line coming from the snout side of the vacuum lines and plug it?

Just the sensor. I thought our superchargers made max boost much earlier in the rpm range?

Not that I am aware of.

In this picture, the blue line from the left of the Boost Bypass Solenoid should be unplugged from the sensor that I made in yellow and plugged off carefully using a bolt or screw or something. Same thing with the other small blue line I made going from the right of the sensor up to the Boost Bypass Actuator. Then you should see max boost and if that is the case, you can replace the Boost Bypass Solenoid

Nope. Which is why pulley drops work.
