Ok, spent some time on the car yesterday. When i first pulled out i got on it pretty good to get into boost and it cut off. Driving regularly, it does the same thing bout a mile or two round town. Unplugged the MAF and it still does it. Changed the MAF, still does it. Goin up a hill and it cuts off. It always starts back up, but if i hit it too hard it will not stay on. It was also surging pretty bad. Jumping by like 500-1000 RPM.
    Will it was pushing itself.

I got a couple codes, P0107, P0127, P0443. On my way this morning after i drop my daughter off to grab a TPS and IAT sensor from the yard. Hopefully this will knock it out..thoughts?

Sounds like what my car was doing and it turned out to be my MAP sensor. I cheaped out and bought one from oreillys instead of OEM and it bit me in the ass in the end but mine is N/A not SC.

Ok, i went and grabbed a MAP sensor from the JY and a spare MAF and threw it on this morning before work and it
does the same thing. Went to scan it and it showed all zeros under the MAF. Even when im on the gas. So, i guess
i should try a brand new MAF? Which sucks, cause the "friend" who put the motor in took the MAF i had put a bs one on.
I guess he thought i wouldnt notice

Did you disconnect the battery to clear the codes/ reset the system?

    Update:
I went and got the Reman MAF from advance this morning, threw it in and disconnected the battery. It cleared
the P0102, P0107, and P0140 codes that i was seeing. Took it out on the highway on my way to work and drove
fine early on then cut off mid traffic doing bout 65. Pulled over gave it a min or two and it started back up and i
got to work. Only issue was a high idle somewhere around 1500-2000 when i got it back started.

i changed the crank sensor little over a year ago as well as the icm, but with how this guy screwed me over, he may
have taken the parts back while it was in the shop...who knows

Was there an issue before this started happening? Did you check out the video I had posted?

yea, i checked it, thx. this thing is crazy. the ignition can be started without the key. I went this morning and started it with the key and it started right up. Runs like sh*t but it runs. The P0140 came back concerning the o2 sensor in the rear, but i dont have a cat on the car and the exhaust is not completely sealed. Just chasing the issues down as they come to me.

Hate to bring back an old thread, but I just started driving this car again(03 GT) and its still doing the same things it was doing a few months ago.
Only this time it only cuts off when im on the highway above 60mph. On the street in stop and go i haven't had an issue so far. The list of things
that i had done goes as follows...

    1) Spark Plugs (Autolite 103's)
    2) ICM from a 80k motor
    3) Coil packs from 80k motor
    4) Reman MAF
    5) JY map sensor
    6) plugging in various vacuum lines
    7) JY IAC sensor

What is causing this thing to cut off at high speeds? I tried the FP resistor trick, but i dont have the resistor because the car is a GT with the swapped motor.
Also when i had snowflake do the computer i had him tune it for things that were later on stolen off the car. i.e. 1.85 YT's, Headers, walbro pump. Just to provide
    better background.
