I need to run my fuel pump so that I can pump out the nearly full tank of gas I have in my Grand Prix, but as you may no the engine is pulled out, transmission has been pulled out along with the wiring harness.
So is there any quick and easy way I can run the fuel pump, hook up power to it some way so I can pump out the gas in the tank before it goes bad?

Apply 12V to the proper pins for the relay at the fuse box. I'd suggest getting a couple wires, put an inline fuse on one, and run it off a normal car battery.
Though, I'd go the extra step of adding a relay so I don't have to hold live wires. I'd probably use the relay that is already in the car for the pump.

Perhaps you missed that everything has been yanked out, including fuse box, harness, etc, LOL
Now I suppose that I could put the fuse box back in there as two of the three big connectors to it are still there in the engine bay. However, its the top big block of wiring that powers the fuel pump relay and that big block is on the main harness which has been pulled out of the car. That part came in handy after I had pulled everything out and realized I had the windows still down. So I was able to hook up power to the accessories and roll the windows back up, all the power and such for the fuel pump runs through that main harness I believe.

Then find where the wiring that goes to the pump is currently unplugged and add wires there.
What I'm saying is find the easiest point to get to use the stock wiring. Otherwise crack open the access door in the trunk, unplug the pump, and add wires to the pins there.

Yeah, I understand that, but all of the wiring for that part of the fuse box is on the main harness that is pulled out and dismantled.
I guess I'll have to dig up a wiring diagram to see where that relay goes to. I was hoping to avoid having to pop off the access cover but it had occurred to me that may be the only way to do it. But I was hoping to do it from the engine bay so I could be right there at the fuel line.

It should be in the files I sent you with all the GP main body harness connectors. If you need help with it, let me know. Just figure out what the code for that particular circuit is and trace it through the connectors.

couldn't you just apply power to the pump directly at the connector in the trunk?...just seems the simplest way to me...couple of wires with cheap crimp on aligator clips on the ends...unplug the stock wiring harness clip the wires to the right prongs on the fuel pump side of the connector and apply battery power...bada bing...pumpage...or am I missing something?

Oh yeah, that would by far be the easiest way, I was just hoping to be able to trigger it from the engine bay instead. I have an old remote starter trigger that I could probably use in this case and it looks like I'll have to do it directly from the fuel pump so I'll try and get that done this week. Plus I got to pull my other fender off and sand it down 'cause I got a guy that is going to paint them for free for me.

15ft sections of wire should reach the engine bay, but don't blame me if you start getting equated to Sanford and Son for trying it...

Have you thought about adding a fuel pump rewire kit to your vehicle? In the mean time you could plug it into the pump and just apply 12 volts to the harness. You bypass all the stock wiring to activate the pump.

Well, as a matter of fact, I do have a fuel pump rewire kit.
