Sorry I haven't been able to update. Well i have notice like 2-60 missfires come from cylinder 1 and 4 it doesn't miss enough to tell while driving but after getting on it up to 70+ p0300 will flash then go away after a little. While driving normal car will show the miss on aerforce interceptor around 40-45mph seems like if the rpms are above 2k while cruising and it doesn't shift to overdrive it'll start showing a miss. I still have the p0171 code. I've tried changing the 1-4 coil with an extra one I have still same problem. Could a vac leak cause that since the cylinders don't touch each other?

Vac leak can cause all kinds of issues.

Find it and seal it up.
