what blower is it? if its still an m90, you dont have to change much if anything. if it's something completely different youre going to need an adapter from blower>lim.

You want sound?
Throw some rocks in that somebish, that'll make some noise...
Now your making me want to get mine ad get it on even worse!! lol
I can vouch for that. I wouldn't say crickets but a low whine would be more accurate.
Sounds nice.
You can weld the slots closed and not wory about anything warping. You just cant weld it all at once (and i'm still skeptical if that would actually warp anything)....I'm sure doing half of a slot at a time will cause no issues as far as warping goes...then let it cool all the way...and continue.
And brian... i'm real intrested on how that blower that you're talking about turns out. So let me know
Don't you worry...there will be video
This was my old blower...here is what it sounded like...new one should whine a "bit" more

^ Very nice sound!
if you cant do a cam swap in a weekend, you shouldnt be doing it because you dont know what youre doing. you should be able to get it at least torn down and swapped in one day.
you got my question all wrong....
I was asking how long he had to break in his cam after it was installed, how many miles??? Not how long it took him to install, but thanks for jumping down my throat haha
FYI, we can do a cam swap in about 11 hours with a couple breaks.
I didn't give him a break in period for the cam, it's a roller cam so you don't have to do all that old school stuff. It did go on a 10 mile road test, then brought back in to change the oil and then turned over to him.
thanks, thats what I wanted to know. I'm used to my dads old big blocks, and when he cammed it he drove it light for a couple thousand miles.
How often do you all change the oil for a new cam?
yeah, never broke mine in. just let her rip.
change the oil after a couple hundred miles to make sure there isnt any coolant in the oil. otherwise you can start beating on it already.
