Yep that's junk
That'll buff out.
Hahaha, just picked up a new one, could this be causing KR?
Possibly
Well here is after the new mount, if anyone takes this on themselves do yourself a favor and get a 15mm ratchet wrench for the top 2 nuts. Right away I could tell the engine moves less, got a solid rubber mount at napa for 45 bucks I couldnt bring myself to pay 160 for the polly mount on zzp. No vibration and engine doesn't move. seemed to have got rid of about .5KR after a few WOT runs. When I put the two pictures side by side you could see the new mount brought the engine up about 1/2 an inch.

Could be a worn out trans. mount and dogbone mounts allowing that one mount to take the stress of trying to keep the motor upright. Dogbones stretch, and the trans mount fails around the same time as the engine mount. I usually replace them in pairs if the engine side was that bad, the trans. side isn't usually far behind.
Next time get a day off Ill look at the trans mount but the car has almost no rollback on a hill. I should also mention I flipped my dog bone mounts. The engine feels very firm in place.
