    Yeah that will also cause you to dump fuel. And a quick fix for the cat issue if you have a rear bung for the o2 just do the spark plug non fouler trick.

    i cant find a dam non fouler at my work (CAP) i know ive seen them too

    And heads up your probably going have to remove the exhaust donut on side that the o2 bung is on it won't fit with the fouler..easily.

    so how does this or the o2 bung extentions actually work? like how does it trick the rear o2 or pcm to think differently?

    Not a grand prix but the non fouler and 02 part is what you want, and it explains how this works as well. $5 o2 cheater/non fouler how-to - evolutionm.net

    so i fixed my cross over leak and instantly got my mpg up driving around town at 17. Then i unhooked my battery and did the spark plug foul trick and the car seems so much more responsive kr seems to be down.Did a 1/4 pull taking it easy with torque app and hit 15.2 on it, but that was on a curvy road and a slow launch and i let off the throttle once. Car seems to be running better than ever. now its on to the tune and pully drop

    Woooot. Yea a exhaust leak will ruin your day. Glad I went ahead and did thr spark plug fouler trip prior to you making this thread figured it would be a future issue that came up.

    i did that non-fouler trick on my sentra se-r back in the day. worked like a champ.


    i have some kr caused by a weak fuel pump at wot. may be something to keep a eye on

    i thought about that but if my af is going from 14.9 to 10.5 at wot that meens im getting the extra fuel i need

    btw guys my mpg went up but i did a pull today and seen 5.9 kr so ima take a look at the lower motor mount cus i feel some slight vibrations in the pedal

    As I said before you don't have a clue what the real AFR is, only a wideband o2 sensor in the exhaust can tell you that.

    could the iat in with the maf be heat soaking causing kr and pulling timing?

    i got overkill in the mail today and the egr and o2 senors were disabled. every problem i have described in other posts on the car is gone not sure why the stock pcm would make this much of a difference unless the egr or o2 was bad but car is now kr free ltft are now right around normal, still a little low but car is perfect. thank you for everyone who attempted to help.
