fuel trims never go positive and go as low as-18 and as highas -8. maybe an exhaust leak at crossover, could this cause kr? or loss of power? what else can cause low ltft

I forget which way my fuel trims were.. but if that's running lean, I had a bad fuel pressure regulator on my accord that caused a check engine light it was running so lean.. number was around 30-32.. Also if lean, check injector flow, fuel filter, o2 sensor on the rear manifold, and the fuel pressure. running lean could also cause knock.

negative numbers mean rich postive numbers mean lean but i got overkill in the mail today and the egr and o2 senors were disabled. every problem i have described on the car is gone not sure why the stock pcm would make this much of a difference unless the egr or o2 was bad but car is now kr free ltft are now right around normal, still a little low but car is perfect. thank you for everyone who attempted to help.
