carl i have asked these questions before...get a front powerlog, downpipe, cold air intake, PCM (probably void warrenty), may look into the tranny for shift kit....Maybe that will take care of it to be a 3.4...anyways with those mods i'd drop it from what i've learned...here is sites to each of the mods i've listed...

Note on PCM, the 04-05 GTP will work for our 06 GT cause there same engines, will overkill (another PCM) advised me that they have not yet made the ones for 06+ but the 05 one would work. also some nice headers couldn't hurt :P
