    To the OP, I just did an install with basically the same headers. Here's my 2¢:

    Bill's guide is very helpful. I recommend following it closely. However, I found that driving up on ramps worked just as well as using jack stands at the drip points.

    Use band clamps rather than the clamps the kit comes with. I got it to seal fine with the kit's clamps, but it just looked crummy. The band clamps look a lot nicer and will be more leak resistant.

    Also, the SD kit comes with a straight pipe that might go in the place of a cat. Measures 11" long, so you'd need a cat smaller in length unless you want to cut out some of the "bend pipe" in the downpipe as well.

    That's all I can think of atm. I left the egr alone because, imo, the benefits or removing it aren't worth the hassle when the headers are compatible with it.

    ya i ordered the clamps and i know how to install the things but thankyou for the size on the cat thats very helpful
    but asfar as the benifits of removing egr i kind of disagree, sure ill get worse gas mileage but to me thats worth the hot carbon shooting back into your intake.... What is kr and what is it caused by? so ya im removing it
