This is where it should be.

Ok it should be right in front of the Tranny Fluid Dip stick. Inside that little shield thing.

There is nothing in front of the tranny dip stick.. its a open gap. if you right click on the picture and open it in a new window it will work.

I still can not get your pic to work.. BUT if you look at my second pic. The little shield thing in front of the tranny dip stick. That is where the EGR SHOULD be. Mine has been deleted...

find your rear exhaust manifold. There should be a little tube that comes out the the tube on the diver-most side. follow that to the EGR. If its blocked off, you dont have it.

I dont think i have one because there is nothing there and the connector for it is just lying there(not plugged into anything) how do i approach this. is it because i have custom headers? How do i put one in there if there is no where to connect it to...as shown in the picture above.

Have someone tune it out. Or find a way to add it back in. The first option being probably the best choice.

physically removing it is the easy part. you need to have the codes disabled in the pcm for it.

I am wondering how you plugged the port into the manifold? Is it a big issue to clear the codes and what happens if the codes are not cleared? Thanks

It won't be pumping exhaust back into your engine and gunking everything up.

If you are talking to me.... Then yes I shoved bolts into the tubes and welded it closed. Not the best way to do it but it works.
