Sometimes but not all the time when I give ita heavy foot it will boost for a while then it will just slow down to a crawl like 10 miles every 7 seconds. If I let up on the gas and repunch it it works fine, like I said this happens occasionally. Any idea what might be causing this? Is my supercharger going out or is there an engine problem? It kinda scares me when crossing an intersection and gun it and then it crawls I might get hit. If I let up on the gas and reapply it it kicks in fine the boost shows up and all. Any ideas what to look for?

    Thanks,
    Ace

    Any mods?

    Any codes?

Plugged exhaust, as in cat converter maybe?

    More details are needed.

No codes are thrown....no mods pure stock. I havnt checked the exhaust. ALso on the way home tonight I get a warning tone going beep beep beep and no lights on and i have 60 miles to the tank in gas. Any idea what might cause the beep beep beep to go on only when I am driving. All doors are secured, I turned the radio off and the air and still have the same beeeping. Any ideas on that one? And of course the dreaded ABS and TCS light is on since I bought it.

This is the second post today where it was posted "I'm low on fuel, my is my car telling me about it?" Thanks for the laugh...

On the power issue. I'd say either KR or clogging cat.

could the power problem when getting on the pedal from a stop be caused by using 87 octane? I need to use 91 I guess maybe it will go away!

stock tune = boost timer? you can run the car hard but after a while of wot, 7-10 seconds, the solenoid bleeds off boost.

Unless you've already popped a piston from predetonation.

My bet is lost compression and the "needs new rotating assembly" mod.

Check your spark plugs, bet they are gone.

Surprised no one has asked if the car loses boost while driving. Could be the boost bypass valve beginning to go out.

As far as the TCS light and ABS on its not uncommon for that to happen when I wheel hub is either out or on its way out. Be listening for a whirling sound
