FM..you know I'd say remove the tube and look. Only because I and about 10 others have agreed..no amount of spraying can vet out a bad EGR tube. it's someone blocked from sucking in the spray.

I'd also suggest checking the fuel pressure. Your plug gapping shouldn't have to be that small.

What octane fuel are you running?
