Thread: series I and series II ?

are there any differences between series one and series 2 blocks? supercharged or n/a ? anyone know if they will interchange?

I am 90% sure they will not interchange.

Nope.

there are no similarities between the two except they are 231 CID and its a V6 configuration

That and the fact the LC2 has some of the worst flowing GM heads in history

I have a S1 SC in my 94 bonnie... They are 100% different. Cylinders 1&3 are close together and 5 is further apart same for 2 is further from 4&6. The Series II made them evenly spaced. headers, intakes, superchargers, heads... nothing is alike between the S1 and the S2
