    70-100 are pretty normal in a Canada car.....metric.....70 C = 158 F and 100 C = 212 F.

    Bouncing from 210 ish to 160 ish is normal.

    no, going from 180-210 slowly is normal. Considering traffic or open roads. once moving temp should be a steady 180-195*, then in traffice it should rise slow and settle around 210* where then the fans kick on at 212-216ish.
