Unless you can tune...then yes you will. Why do you need 42lb injectors? Are your IPW's maxed?
mm shouldnt be but they i was told the stockers max out with any pulley under like the 3.2 and im running the 3.2 with no kr now so i wonted to try out the 3.0 this weekend just rather b safe then sorry. any help is grate tell me more![]()
You are in the mod range you should have your own tuner.
im a cheap bastard lmoai would like to have hp tuner i just cant brake down to spend that much on one
i have a friend who has it thats pretty cool that could tweak it for me i just wasn't 100% sure i needed to
You 100% need to scale the injector tables for the 42s and he cant rewrite a dhp pcm with out starting from scratch.
so i was told by john with intense damnn guess ill just order a intense pcm anyway im not sure if i need the injectors in or not but i just know everyone says you cant runa 3.0 or watever with stock injectors idk my cars weird runs strong as hell but the mods i have count i guess![]()
you should also get a pump rewire. no Knock doesnt always mean your cars running good or well. You can run what ever pulley you want. But when a piston objects the money you saved on mods kinda becomes mute. Also when your at the track running low 14's on a 3.0 pulley. It kinda becomes Mute aswell

Like I said, Just because you have no Knock that really doesnt mean you should or could run a smaller pulley. What valvetrain mods or intercooler do you have. Whats your AFR? whats your Timing wot?
mmmm secret valvetrain mods they experimentalAFR is around 11.7 the last time i checked it with wide band, which i guess will go back on since my bike needs it no more, timing at wot i have no clue let you know by the week end just ordered the aerofroce gauge
well then how do you know theres no KR if you have no way to scan?
my buddy has HP TUNER and we scan it every week end when we go out playing around slaying zs, and hondas![]()

You'll probably need larger injectors with a 3.0. Scan your IPW first, I believe the max you'll get is around 19.5 at 6k rpm. If you're near 19, then yes you need injectors for sure.
Have you tried to read/write your .bin with HP tuner? You can get the injector tables scaled very easily with a tuner.
