Yup chipped pistons blow. I chipped a piston on a 3.5 with a down pie, cai,1.0pcm,ect. We may be dicks, but when you are on your 3rd or whats nick up to 6th? engine you start to get **** figured out.

ZZP's are the best right now.

    But they cost the most.

SD's will seal, most of the time.

The flex leaks and the DP sucks.

Not all the flexes leak. Mine doesn't. An exhaust shop can make a new dp or do like me and let nature take its course. Eventually it will flatten itself for clearance. After u hit enuff bumps.

yep u chipped a piston bro... u may continue to drive it like that forever... or it may grenade any day..do a compression test and GET THAT 3.4 OFF asap. pull all plugs and replace them all... chances are the others are bent or broken also... u can still drive the GP but STAY OUT OF BOOST until u get that pulley off or until u get some breathing mods.

I would check and see if you still have a piston before you worry about spark plugs.

beathing mods are headers, plog, downpipe, intake .... your best bet is to get headers. and it really depends on the plugs... if u get a stock pulley on .. go with autolite copper 605 or 606 heat range... if u get headers or a downpipe... get some new autolite copper 104's.my advice is get a mechanics scope and look into the cylinder and see how bad the chip is before u make any further decisions on the car.
