Get a new LIM in a junkyard for like 10 bucks or less?

That's what I'd do...go powerwash it at your local car wash or set it in a parts cleaner bucket...toss it on.

his is all ported and polished tho I think,
so you could retap it with bigger threads... or have it welded, drilled out and retapped. Maybe call some machine shops and ask what they could do. either way your going to have to pull it off... which sucks
or you could use a lag bolt which would be the funniest fix I've ever seen besides my umbrella hood that is.
