I've heard from PRJ that the green tops are typically around 38's, not 42.5's.

I wouldnt know anything about that. I just want my car to be mid to low 13s and I know a intercooler is one way. But are there other ways?

They come stock in Lightning's and Cobra's...they are 42.5's. PRJ must be mistaken.
