G8 GT valve springs can be used with a rocker setup right? What is the seat pressure on those springs? and I can use grandprix retainers and locks right?

I just went through researching this last week and I was told you use the current L67 locks, but you need the L76 retainers to go with the L76 springs.

Ok thanks for the reply. I can get the springs cheaper through work. I have the steel retainers that zzp sells for the upgraded springs. Would those work with the G8 springs? Are they closer to the 90# or the 105# spring rate?

Sweet I have the retainers already since I can use them. I can get the G8 springs thru work.
Is there a big diff between the modded 1.9 rockers and the roller 1.95 rollers? I know the rollers cost more. These are gonna be for the top end performance.

For the price no. Gains are small, but they sure do look cool. I will get some stock ratio rollers for my car some time.

90# seat pressure, but with a roughly stock spring rate.

Thanks guys. What would be better the G8 or 105 crow springs for 1.95 rollers?
Just decided to go with the biggest lift rocker since I dont want to cam it.

L76 springs work well, 105's really aren't needed for 1.9 rockers, but if you really want 105's then get crow 105's
