Close it with about $500 of your hard earned money. After you have to buy a new bottom end when the JB weld breaks loose and goes into the motor.
i had mine sealed up and its not really worth it. whine at WOT stays the same, but you get more part throttle whine. just leave them alone and get a loud whine the right way: open intake and smaller pulleys.
I agree that it is louder but probably not worth it just to pull the blower and do it. Ive had mine jb welded for thousands of miles and no it does not break loose with the proper prep work.
Yea i was gonna say. Ive not tried it yet but it can be done.
haha bill !
fwiw - i was thinking of using this product to weld up the slits on my next blower....

Plates or leave it alone.
