Okay, I have asked some guys on here threw yahoo messenger and we can't seem to come up with anything so I will ask the whole forum. As some of you may know about two months ago my engine got water in it and a family friend took it apart and got it running again and installed my heads and IC from zzp. The guy who tuned my car is a family friend as well and I was running 12psi with 0 knock. He didn't have time to try to up the boost so I told him that was fine for now and I would just drive it like it is. Well the car has ran fine! I havent had any problems what so ever! On Tuesday I drove the car for about 2-3hours on and off running around paying bills. I got home let the car set then had to take my daughter to the doc. The car sat for about 1-2 hours. Well while I was getting on the freeway I of course got into the gas/boost and my car started jerking/sputtering as if I was flooring it then letting out and so on. It freaked me out so I let out and just slowly got up to the speed limit. I would call that "fuel cut". (sorry if my terms are wrong!). Well we came home and then I had to turn around and leave again and this time I didn't take the freeway. So as I was driving I noticed at 35-45mph the wideband was reading 17* of knock I know thats false knock! Well around 65ish it was reading 27*! Also I noticed my trans temp was only reading 52! Well I got to where I was going and the car sat for a good 4 hours. When I came out it was cold so I let the car set to warm it up..The "water" temp was at 160ish and the Trans at 82..IMO thats wrong! When my "water" temp is 160ish my trans is usally in the 100's too. Well when I left I just floored the car and holy hell! I thought it was going to die! It sputter and jerked horrible! So I got home and was of course stumped as to why it was doing it but I never threw a misfire code. To me it seem as if my plugs/wires was bad and of course at WOT your pushing more fuel and in return can cause the plugs to not fire right blah blah. But I never threw a code my wideband showed everything was fine the Aero showed everything was fine and the basic Service engine light never came on. Well yesterday I had to drive the car non stop for about 2hrs and I never got on it. On the way back I had to,to get in and out of traffic and it did it again! This time my xhubby was with me and he said wow you need to change you plugs! And I explained to him they was changed 2months ago and he said well something isnt right. So when I got home I let the car cool off and then removed my plugs...to fine that 2 outta 6 was BURNT the tips was HORRIBLE! And the other 2 looked as if they was burnt and bent! Later talking to some people they said the burnt bent one could mean something to do with my pistons. After seeing my plugs im very surprised my car even started! The big problems im running into is the fact apperently my car was running VERY lean but nothing picked it up.Also how can a car go from running perfect and in a day go to crap?! Now here is something that hit me last night..My crazy xbf just graduated WyoTech and knows the 3.8 inside and out...Monday he called me saying I owed him money for stuff he bought me while we was together and everything and we had a fight..well I ALWAYS lock my car and I did notice Tuesday morning my car was unlock. I know for a fact his mothers 06 GP Key can unlock my car. Maybe im just reading to much into it but it just kinda stumps me as to why none of my gauges picked up on me running lean or getting misfires and so on. Im sorry this turned into a damn essay but I was just trying to cover everything. I don't really know where to start as to try to find the problem. Also I was wondering if there is anyway a tuner can pick up on the last time the PCM was messed with.
