I have also reused bolts on my own cars and never had any problems after several times of reusing. To be honest though the ZZP kit is the way to go. Its better to be safe than sorry and their kit includes pretty much everything you will need, the top option kit that is. The last ones that I used or customers brought me had GM gaskets exept for the intake gaskets which were still plastic and looked like fel-pro or victor gaskets as only GM sells the metal ones, but that metal ones are the only ones I install now unless you know that the engine will be taken back apart in the next 30-40K miles. You could try reusing the intake gaskets, again I have done this for myself to save a few $$$ since they were only a few months old but its still best to get new ones as the sealing beads will conform to the mating surfaces over time and maybe not seal up as well the next time around.

    X2

My cam, crank, and flex plate bolts on my car have all be reused...countless # of times with no ill effects ever. Eventually, these will be replaced, just due to age, and abuse.
