again if im bashing now go ahead and kill this thread finally. im not bashing at this point but simply stating the obvious. in front of the entire gpf i was made a promise. yes a promise like the original two week promise but thats long gone and wasnt made in public. at what point am i allowed to lose patients anyways? just asking cause all these cherry ass people seem to be popping up and telling me to "chill". this isnt me throwing a fit but me just reminding everyone that this promise was made in hopes that a little responsibility will be taken. if minni is done with the intercooler then great, my hat is off to him and i cant wait to recieve it monday as promised and to install it. if not then this will show that other's previous comments r true. doesnt sound like im fuming to me unless your talking about the fuming im doing because i ate chinese last night.

I think that what we have here now is a lack of communication between the customer and the producer. At this point it may be best to keep it in emails, and try to work things out between you two guys, and if it persists, then openly complain. I know that I've fallen behind on my work a couple of times this year due to deaths in the family, and my customers have always been very understanding because I always communicate between them. When you don't talk, then people get pissy, and rightfully so, each end has a responsibility to deliver what was paid for, and expect that things don't go totally right.
Douglas, I wouldn't expect you to chill, however, you've probably made your point that you're upset, and I totally agree with you.
Logan, I'd keep in contact with him every day to make sure he knows where you are, and if need be, take pictures....the one thing that people don't have any tolerance for is being lied to. If you tell the truth, then things become the past...but if you lie to people, it's going to be your future, and you'll have to deal with it eventually.

i agree. this is actually what i told tdc after the first 40 days. i was quite pissed but even with the delays as long as i was kept in the loop, even when he told me no new info was present, at least i didnt feel like i was forgotten. this is where tdc excelled once he realized thats what i wanted. parker busted his ass to get me my part and keep me informed. hence why, even with my part being 2 months late, im still singing parkers praises. id love some info. hell ive had two other gpf members pm me in the last three days asking me about their stuff that they have ordered from minnchopper. they also need to be informed. hell i aint no intermediary. reptile is right...we will all be less worried, pissy, and less frustrated if we r all kept in the loop.

does this mean mine is getting finished or not? if all you have to do is cut the outside of the plastic and the heater core is installed then just send whats finished ill cut the rest myself. i have a friend with a machine shop who would cut it to the gasket in an hour. ive already called him and he says its no porblem. please send the intercooler no matter how unfinished as i need to finish my car. u can even keep the refund you promised. im that sick of seeing my car parked especially on a $350 a month car payment she is a very haevy, very expensive, very pretty paperweight.

i will tell you guys this lil bit. sometimes over the internet you really cant figure out how somebody says things, like it might be typed this way but they meant it another way. i hope everything gets resolved. because we wanna see some new things that the vendors arent making

very true but what u gonna do without trust? being a little guy and new guy u need to bust your ass to earn that trust and reputation. logan seems to be very intelligent, ingenuative, and capable and he is in a market that he can do well. that being said he cant do that with this line of business decisions. at the same time we need people like logan to make this stuff and dream up these new ideas. someone needs to step up and take his place or better yet logan needs to take a small break...get his affairs in order...get reorganized and make a lot of cool **** at good proces that poeople will sing his praisees for. then he is the next zzp or intense or at least he becomes a god in the gtp community. logan...even with all this crap you r obviously talented. reevaluate what your doing and where you want to go with all this. if you r unhappy doing this then stop. if you do like it then reorganize and get your crap figured because i still want more form this car and from this community of grand prix owners. i like your ideas and products...yes your gonna have setbacks,,,multiple versions,,,,unhappy customers, but you have the ability to do some amazing things. i hope you can figure this all out and get back to it and not just so i get my intercooler either. ill make you a deal in front of everyone here......finish my **** and everyone elses that you have made a commitment to...take a month off and reorganize.....if after that time you still want to do all this I WILL BE THE NEXT CUSTOMER TO PURCHASE A PRODUCT FROM MINNICHOPPER, if you still want to sell to me. this will prove that your most pissed customer still has faith in what you may be capable of doing. again...se need people like you so i dont want to see you fail.
