I also advise all members that have done business with Logan an not received their items to either file a claim with your credit card company or with paypal (In the end since it is non ebay related items you WILL have to go through your card company even when going through Paypal.)

As the company selling this product TDC, you should issue Douglas a refund. You guys realize annoying Logan really isn't going to speed up the intercooler production speed, and might piss him off enough to rip someone off. TDC just offer Douglas a refund and possibly some instore credit for the inconvenience, and call it a day.

Douglas has already said that he wants the product and not a refund and I believe mini said that he would give back some of the money due to the time frame...
