yes it should have showed up when you first put them in if this is the problem

please explain your situation better. Did you put all of those mods on at once? It then ran fine for a period of time(what period of time?) and then all of a sudden it no longer runs fine? Do you have any lights or codes on? We need detail to help more.......
I didnt install the parts myself, I took it to a shop. I (they) installed the plog, dp, plugs, and thermostat at the same time. I just put in the PCM last night.
It ran fine for about 4 days, then the SES light came on. It still ran fine after that for about a week, week and a half. I dont currently have any sort of scan tool, so I need to take it somewhere and see what code it thrown.
After I install the PCM last night (that was after the issue of it stalling) it ran just fine. I drove it for about 15 minutes.
I now think stalling is not the right way to describe the problem. Its more like its going to die/stall but when I hit the gas to make sure that doesnt happen, its unresponsive at first then revs pretty high and jerks a bit when it catches. Is that the plugs misfiring?
If I buy a scan tool will it tell me exactly whats wrong and what code the car has thrown or will it just give me %'s and readings of the cars performance?

most of the code readers give you a code number that you cross reference and that tells you a description in plain english....did you get a DP with a cat in it or not and did you have the second o2 sensor reconnected with the new DP or did you have the code eliminated with the new PCM or what? but it idles normal?
I guess I'll spring for a scan tool then. Is there one that people would recommend?
I got the dp w/cat. I believe the o2 sensor was reconnected but I'll check when i get home just to be certain. Now that I'm thinking about it I'll have to check what I told Will (@ Overkill) about the o2 sensor and the PCM.
Yeah it idles normal.
So your current problem is a SES light AND the car wants to bog down and die in gear.
Since the light is on that means a code reader you can most likely isolate the problem so we don't have to play the guessing game. If i were you insted of spending money on a scanner take your vehicle to an autoparts store and see if they scan for free. (Call them first obviously to see if they offer this).
After you find out the codes or code write them down and post it up here.
if you have an autozone near you go there, they will read the code for free I believe..........then you wont have to spring for a scan tool.
From what I have been told the aeroforce gauge can do scanning of this nature as well to tell you what is wrong.......then when you get done you have a gauge if you want to leave it installed to monitor many things in real time. TDC has them for sale at a good price right now........I dont know what way you want to go.
thanks guys. I will come back and post an update after I find out what code is the problem.
After a scan of the car it turns out my MAF sensor crapped out and needs to be replaced. Luckily I know someone who was able to scan it for free for me. It works out well because I was ale to see all the parts that are bad or that are getting old and need to be replaced. Looks like I have some maintenace to do before finishing with the mods.
Thanks for everyones help.
