I am also going to order a tuned pcm in the next couple of weeks, with the mods I have along with the pcm which size pulley could I upgrade too to make more power but not destroy my engine?

You still need to do something with that front manifold. Either Plog or better yet headers.

I'm not going any further than a 3.4 I was going to do a mail order pcm from overkill but I found a tuning place not that far from me but I heard the tunes are very expensive so I'm not really sure what I'm going to do about that, I just want to find a safe pulley size. Is the manifold a ***** to do or no?
