Got my new ZZP 3" Downpipe installed this morning. Here's a pic of the new one next to the factory one.
It was a pretty easy install, bolted right up with no problems. Went for a test drive and was impressed with the added pick up and go.

Got rid of that U-Bend AND stock DP...bet you had a pretty big SEG...nice![]()
I don't know what idiot came up with the U-Bend idea, surely someone had a better idea than restricting exhaust flow just so the O2 sensor could be mounted straight up and down. Especially on a supercharged engine.
I was actually pretty impressed with the quality of the downpipe. Granted I didn't know what to expect, but when I opened the box I was like "damn, that is kick ass"
Yup. I loved the zzp dp. I went with the catless one. How does the cat one sound?
ZZP claims of 15HP and above
ZZP's Downpipe page:
ZZ Performance
I only have access to a "seat of the pants" dyno, and I can tell for sure there is an increase in HP.
I couldn't tell a big difference in sound. Which is exactly what I wanted. I enjoy having a "sleeper".
