Does anyone have a how-to on this or some basic instructions?

youre gonna need a special zerk adapter bolt and a grease gun to press them out.
There are two passages that the zerk fitting get's screwed in to. From there you pump up the gun and they pop right out.
where can I get the zerk fitting? I've got the mechanic from my work that is going to help me on this and he's replaced alot of bearings. I just want to make sure I have everything I need before I start, and is it just a regular grease gun?
you need to make the bolt, get a 3/8 x 2" and drill a hole down the middle, then tap it to 1/4-28. screw the zerk fitting on the top of the bolt, you have your tool. now drill out the holes in the s/c case to 5/16 and tap it 3/8. screw the bolt in all the way and then put your grease gun on it and pump till it pops out. repeat on the other one. to install them back, just align them good and get a socket the size of the bearing and beat them in with a hammer, NOTE THE DEPTH BEFORE REMOVAL.
they are already there, you just need to enlarge them and tap them.
yea, they are there from the factory as vent holes , just what it is
they are the holes down in the valley area in this pic...

yup
thank you, I will show these posts to the mechanic helping me and let him know what he's getting into before he starts.
without that tool its pretty much impossible, but once you make it, takes like 10 min for both to change.
