The s1x has a little less overlap and lift on the exhaust side so you don't loose nearly as much boost. You don't want to spin the blower any faster than you have to. You always want to run the biggest pulley you possibly can while perfectly balancing that with hp. The smaller the pulley the more hp it robs.
Another really big thing that ticks me off with this community is a very large amount of people really have no idea how a cam works, what overlap is, lift on stock heads, ect. They just want a cam that sounds mean. Mean doesn't make the car fast, hence why there's handfuls of cammed gtp's running slower than my car when it was on rockers. This is why i suggest having PRJ spec you out a cam, he'll design it to work perfectly with your mods, or he already has a cam available for them. IIRC his cams make more power than anyone else's too.
