if it was 5 thousend dollars of MY money. i think i would have an issuie to. atleast give me my money back till things are squared away.

there was a slip up on someones behalf. ups should have gotten a signiture from the customer. they wouldent just leave my headers on the front step, which is about the same value as the cam, i had to sign for it. if ups just left it on his door step, thats pretty ****ty on there part.

the man has a 5k investment in them right now, also that is not the only money he has spent with them, what about his other cam, what about his fullsize intercooler, valve springs, probably hp tunner. the man has dumped ALOT of money into there business. i think he should atleast get more info and maybe some better attention than what he is getting. thats not just pocket change floating around, and this is not his first incounter with him doing business with them.

if anything, i would take it up with ups, if they claim there was a signiture for the item, then that could prove it all. if they just left it on his front door step, then i think that is ups fault for not following threw.

nobody knows whats full going on. but the thing is with that much money, probably hard earned money just like everybody else here that had to work for there money. i WOULD like more attention.

I have never had a problem with ZZP. One time I was half drunk ordering **** during the woot and forgot to empty my cart of **** I was thinking about getting. Got charged with almost 2k, emailed ZZP the next day and Zoomer replied and refunded my money with no issues at all. Honestly OP if you have 5k to spend why don't you just get a DD if having your car down is hurting you? I tell my buddies this all the time. Just makes no sense to mod your car to hell if its your DD and your bread and butter IMO.

Such things as signature on delivery are at the request of the shipper. If ZZP requested it, and they didn't, then it is all on UPS. If ZZP didn't request it, then part of the blame lies with them.

I know every box I've ordered from them has required a signature, so I doubt ZZP just didn't do it that one time.

Also, TDC will get nowhere with UPS. Claims have to be filed by the shipper.

I won't post the whole conversation in ZZP's favor but I did take this issue up with Eric yesterday. He already explained to me the situation and I don't expect zoomer to always be at his desk answering questions. I also told him this. As I told him yesterday. This is not just the opinion of one person...or two...or 4...but many more.

After giving my suggestion of implementing some one to specialize in emails or calls that can answer questions fully and know about there products. his response was .... Does Intense have a customer service line?

Well it's not about what someone else has...it's about what you guy's don't...

Maybe they will understand that one day. I've never had one of these responses from scot or anypone else at Intense. Whether it be in an email or phone conversation.

But I guess it's not about all of this. It's about a package that I still don't have and that no one STILL seems to know about.
Good Morning everyone. I have decided to join in on this forum as i feel there are certainly some customer service issues that have been addressed and i want to make myself available to respond to them. Secondly, there has also been some strong contradiction between my direct communication with Parker, and what shows up here. So i propose to Parker that we move all further communication in regard to this claim or other service issues he has mentioned, to this thread so that its readers will get a better look at how we process/handle shipping claims.

Now i cant say i will be able to address all concerns, but i would be glad to attempt to answer ahy questions in relation to our customer service and policies.

    regards,

    Eric

    Eric

Eric, I have a cupple of issues with this buisness decision of you'rs.

How do you feel it is right to publicly give information about my order, current order status, past order status and current order details on a nation wide forum (matt has already done this).

And if you don't feel this is right then why did you send me an email telling me that you are dissapointed to see me post up what I have (my opinions, such as ZZP sucks) on the forum and that you now will now only communicate with me on the forum regarding everything?

How do you feel it is right that I have placed an order with you on 2/18 and have not only not received that order but have also not received my money back? That's almost a month Eric.

You already admitted fault on this order. You stated to me that the proper measures were suppose to be in place to where ALL packages that was sent to my address had to be signed for. You also stated that THIS package was suppose to be signature confirmed but was not. I have been nice and understanding in the process that everyone must go through but enough is enough.

How do you feel it is right to yell at me over the phone about what I have posted on this thread? You're suppose to be a customer service manager Eric. You're not suppose to yell at you're customer's.

Like I said before I will drop all of this and you will never hear from me again if you tell me one thing that I said that is not true about my order or ZZP.Everything I have stated is either 1. True statements or 2. My opinion.

Have I sent a fowl email to ZZP? Yep. Who wouldn't when at the time they had 5300 dollars tied up in product that they had placed over 3 weeks ago and had nothing so far? Tell me that.

Have I gotten discouraged and mad? Yes Sir Eric I have. Who wouldn't.

You stated that ZPP self insures all packages. So that means that if ups claims no fault and you choose to stand up to the plate that ZZP will have to come out of pocket with the refund.

And that is the case no matter what. No matter what way you look at it. So why are we waiting?

Why can't ZZP reimberse me then ups reimburse ZZP? Why do I have to wait? I am the customer.

And let me also make this statement per my lawyer.

I wish that no personal information about this or any order's regarding ZZP be made public in any way on this or any forum type community. I am requesting that ALL information comming from you regarding this order be sent to me and me only, privately to my email address wich is TopDeadCenterRacing@cox.net

    Thanks! Have a nice day!

I don't have any issues with ZZP. I have ordered from them in the past, and will order from them in the future.

From this thread I assume that Tim is less than highly knowledgeable concerning both ZZP's product line and various W-body cars. Correct?

I had made this conclusion myself after emailing a question about their stage 2 intercooler core to ZZP, and reading the response I got from Tim.

This thread has gotten way off topic. Problems with vendors should first be taken up with the vendor. Ups is slow as can be when dealing with them to. So there is liable to be some delay. If zzp does not make this right then by all means reopen this in the vendors feedback forum.
