So how am I getting MAF readings on the OBDII? At idle I get around 50cfm and cruising around 300cfm. I didn't do anything to the MAF sensor yet because I didn't realize it had tamper torx screws.

So I've got about 700 miles on it since the mods. Driving to work I might see up to 1.0 KR, but when I really got on it on an entrance ramp, I recorded 2.4 KR. How much is too much?
a 3.5" pulley should be good with those mods, I would look around and see if you can find anything like an O2 sensor hitting on the firewall. I wouldn't think you would have any kr with those mods and pulley. might be worthwhile to look for a spark plug wire that is running too close to the header and is shorting out. I usually don't worry about kr less than 1*.
O2 sensor could be hitting tunnel occasionally. I bought an extender but realized i cant install it with the header attached. Maybe if i take off the dogbones and disconnect the catback and rock the engine.
Yeah, I tried that twice. First, when I installed the headers, and then again, when I realized the bung extension fitting didn't fit with the headers installed. That tunnel sheet metal is some strong stuff, especially right where the O2 sensor needs relief! I have a bung I can weld on somewhere, so I may go that route. The O2 sensor only has about a half inch clearance, or maybe a little less where it is right now on the Speed Daddy's.
