226 would be the high speed setting. you might have a bad relay, theres two of them in the fuse box under the hood. low speed may not be working.

iirc low speed is 212 on.
Hmm thats interesting, because I'm sure that without the AC on, the fans don't come on until at least 226. I'll test the relays today.
