whats a meter read at the O2 conn? get some T pins and backprobe ****., after backprobing also double check PID and see if its restored. plenty of times ive come across weak tension terminals
get some old pins out of the old harness to use to "test" em for proper resistance
ive just been seeing it a lot lately, it'd be worth it to backprobe at the pcm carefully but I have had very few issues with the pcm connectors if no one has jammed any probes in instead of a small diameter T pin as an intermediary.
