I'm just gonna start off simple and small I'm hoping a top end conversion and letting her breathe a bit better will greatly improve performance on the long drives. I do drive up there 3 or 4 times a year since all my family lives up there.
exhaust manifolds and the downpipes are the most restrictive part of the GP exhaust.
if you are ok with messing with your headers to get them to work, Speed daddy are good from what ive heard.
if you want one and done, no worries, ZZP sells headers for $500 more. some say they flow better but honestly once you have headers your fine.
SD headers also come with down pipe replacement, though if you want a cat, you need to weld one in.

Not sure if you boosted or not, if you are, with an intake, headers and ported heads, you can run 3.5-3.6 pulley (usually) adds a good bit over stock.
